Richard Docter, Founder
Richard has over twenty-four years’ experience in graphic design, and more than fourteen years’ experience in the development of Web-based graphical user interfaces. He has produced Web interfaces for companies such as Cyclone Commerce, Guess Jeans, Motorola, and Centex Homes. Rich earned his Fine Arts degree from the University of Arizona and worked as art director for a litigation graphics firm in Los Angeles before moving his family to Phoenix in 1995. Rich’s responsibilities at Digital Dogs include creative direction, brand imagery development, graphic design and project management.

Timothy DeDecker, Senior Developer
Tim’s career began in the field of web engineering and development. As Sr. Web Developer, Tim uses advanced developing techniques to customize websites, modify existing sites, and create web-based applications. Tim works closely with our design team to take a two dimensional design concept and develop it into a fully-functioning, interactive website using the latest technologies and applications. Tim is proficient in AJAX, CSS, HTML, Javascript, Joomla, X-Cart, OsCommerce, JQuery, LAMP, Linux, MySQL, PHP, PHPFox, Ruby on Rails, Smarty Template Engine, SQL, VBscript, Visual Basic.Net, and XML.

Edward Wilhite, Developer
As a Developer, Ed uses advanced developing techniques to customize websites and modify existing sites. Ed works closely with the development team on updating and creating websites using the latest technologies and applications. Ed is proficient in CSS, HTML, Javascript, Joomla, X-Cart, OsCommerce, WordPress, Linux, MySQL, PHP, and XML.

Hannah Thoreson, Project Manager
Hannah is the Project Manager at Digital Dogs. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Physics. Since then she has worked with several local companies, including DC-London and Blue Pear Ventures. Hannah has experience with public relations, social media, and document writing.

Lisa Docter, Office Manager
Lisa has over 17 years of retail sales and buying experience at Dillards and Robinsons/May. Her time at these companies developed her passion for working with numbers. This coupled with 2 years’ experience as a quality assurance analyst for JDA Software, a retail software company, transitioned her into the computer world. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising & Marketing from the University of Arizona. She now serves as Digital Dogs’ office manager doing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budget analysis, financial statements and human resources.

Milos Glavinic, Senior Programmer
Milos has over eight years of experience in web development, and at Digital Dogs he is a senior programmer. He has a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from the College of Transportation and Traffic Engineering. He has extensive experience in working with a multitude of technologies used to create websites and complex web applications, such as PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, MySQL, MSSQL, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, C#, VB.NET, Silverlight, Flex, jQuery, and actionscript. He’s also proficient in Symfony, ZendFramework, CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Smarty, and LAMP. He codes in Linux, Windows and Mac operating environments. In the past, he worked intensively on the development of desktop applications and 2D and 3D games.

Vladan Milanovic, Senior Developer
Vladan serves as Digital Dogs’ principal Java programmer and lead architect for our Contrado product line. His responsibilities include ongoing Contrado development and technical management of C++ and Java projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from the University of Belgrade, and worked for FilmEcNet in Los Angeles and PCTEL in Chicago prior to joining the Digital Dogs’ team.
